PROCESS

Our Process

With over 20 years experience in building kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, storage solutions, bookcases, flatpacks and more for South Australians, we are here to help with your next cabinetry project. We manufacture in our modern South Australian workshop, deliver and install.

1.
Call, Email, Fill in Free Quote Form

Call us on 08 7120 6369 to chat over the phone (yep, we are old fashioned and like to chat!) Send us an email info@customqualityjoinery.com.au with or without a drawing, hand sketch etc Fill in our book an appointment form.

2.
Our Responding Time

We will call you ( unless you called or visited our local factory) within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your email or form submission.

3.
Arranging A Free Quote Appointment

This initial consultation is an information-gathering session to find out what is on your "must-have" list and what is on your “wish list". We ask you to bring some basic measurements, photos of the current space, where you want your project to be and if you have put together an inspiration board or scrapbook, we would love to see that too. You will be able to pick out some colour options from our extensive sample room.

4.
Design Concept

Based on the information we gathered at our initial consultation, we will draw up your design concept so you can see all your ideas on the page. This will help you visualise your new layout and design. But don't worry there is always flexibility in the design that we can work together on once you decide to work with us.

5.
Quoting

From here based upon our drawings we will provide you with a detailed quotation for your new space.

6.
Check Measure and Contract

Once you accept the quotation and pay your deposit we will conduct a check measure appointment onsite to confirm all our measurements and go through everything in fine detail, this is where you will be able to finalise colour and material choices as well as any changes to the design. After this appointment, we will create detailed production plans which will be put into your contract along with your installation date for you to sign off on.

7.
Manufacture and Installation

Now we proceed to the manufacturing stage. All your materials will be ordered and once they arrive we will begin cutting your project. It usually takes 8-10 weeks to complete this process depending on the size and complexity of your job. Of course if we can speed up this process without compromising quality we will. Our specialist installation team will install your new joinery on site and conduct the final handover when the project is complete.
